  1. You realize it’s time to do things different.
  2. There are things that you’re ascending to and it requires different think / thought strategies.
  3. You’re on a different path and you’re current team can’t help you navigate.
  4. You’re current team is lazy / nonproductive. This speaks for itself.
  5. You’ve come to the real conclusion that you’ve been the team the whole time.
